Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, time in transit begins when order is scanned at the post office. Once the label is printed, the item will go out the next day.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver beautiful earrings. We have flat rate shipping of $5 with free shipping if you spend over $35. All items listed are ready to ship. Items will ship in either a 4”x6”x1.5” or  5”x7”x2” corrugated cardboard box. Larger orders may ship in a larger box. If there is a concern that a box may not fit in your mailbox, email us at susufilleclayco@gmail.com and we can discuss alternate options. At this time, we can only ship in the United States.

Returns

We want you to love and enjoy your purchase, if it’s not the right fit, we are happy to make it right. You have thirty days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days. Once we receive your original item and confirm its condition, we’ll ship your new piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement.

Refunds will be processed via the manner of original payment and does not include the original nonrefundable shipping costs or return shipping costs. Shipping costs associated with any returned or exchanged item are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
